My Story

I’ve spent over a decade working in accounting and advisory, alongside business owners and high-net-worth individuals who were building, growing, and navigating complex decisions. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for how important clarity, structure, and good guidance are at every stage of a business journey.

Before starting Accelerate, I didn’t want my understanding to stay theoretical. I went into the field and worked alongside tradespeople to see firsthand how service businesses actually operate — the pressure, the pace, the practical constraints, and the realities owners face day to day. That experience shaped how I think about change: it has to be practical, realistic, and grounded in how businesses truly run.

Accelerate was created from that perspective. My passion is working with motivated business owners who care about what they’re building — helping them gain clarity, make confident decisions, and use their business as a vehicle to achieve the lifestyle and long-term outcomes they’re aiming for.
